FAST-TRACK (1-5 HOURS RESPONSE TIME)
Oslo Health is responsible for sampling, sample analysis and distribution of certificates.
The test result will be available on helsenorge.no if you have a Norwegian social security number or D-number.
The test result should normally be expected after a few hours and no later than 12 hours after the test. If the test result is invalid or uncertain (for example, weak findings of SARS-CoV-2), the test must be re-analysed or retaken. If this occurs, you may be asked to return for a new test. Thus, the deadline can exceed 12 hours. We guarantee that the test will be performed within a specified period of time, but do not guarantee the outcome of the analysis.
If you receive a test result later than 12 hours, we will refund NOK 1,000. If you never get a test result, we will refund NOK 1.800. Oslo Health does not assume responsibility for other associated costs related to delayed test results.
Reason for delay may be ex. the outcome of the first test result is uncertain or invalid, in which case the analysis must be repeated or possibly sent to a central laboratory.
In other words, one cannot buy a negative or positive covid-19 test, other possible outcomes may occur (invalid or uncertain).
All clients are responsible for setting up the class themselves, possibly moving or cancelling the class. Everyone who cancels their class themselves is responsible for contacting us at post@oslohelse.no to get a refund. Refunds in case of cancellation do not happen automatically unless you contact us and let us know.
If the person who has booked an appointment is going to travel, but the test result has not arrived on time due to delays, Oslo Health is not responsible for reimbursement of money related to the trip.
PCR EXPRESS (1-2 DAYS RESPONS TIME)
Oslo Helse is responsible for sampling, delivery to the responsible laboratory reception, and distribution of certificates (if the person in question has ordered this in advance). Fürst Medical Laboratory and Ullevål Microbiological Laboratory are responsible for sample analysis and uploading test results. Oslo Helse can never guarantee that a patient/client receives their test result within a certain period of time, as it is the laboratory that is responsible for test analysis and uploading test results.
When ordering express analysis, you will receive the test result after 1-2 days including weekends. If the test result is not ready at the end of day 2 after sampling, we will refund you 650 NOK which is the fee for express analysis. Oslo Helse is not responsible for the costs of any condition you might have associated with missing test results.
Helse Norge (helsenorge.no) is responsible for uploading test results on its website, we do not take responsibility for test results that are uploaded on the websites (helsenorge.no or furstpasient.no).

ANTIGEN (30-60 MINUTES RESPONSE TIME)
Oslo Helse is responsible for carrying out the testing in accordance with approved procedures and reporting the result to www.helsenorge.no immediately after the test has been analysed and the result is known.
Oslo Health will share the result by sending this to the customer's e-mail and issuing Fit-to-Fly documentation if this is part of the agreement with the customer. This is agreed on-site during sampling.
